We are a collaborative and client-centered group practice committed to providing high-quality outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families through both telehealth and in-person care. This position is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, professional growth, and meaningful therapeutic relationships while working within a supportive and team-oriented environment. Position Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, families, couples, and/or adolescents Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within SimplePractice EHR Develop individualized treatment goals and interventions using evidence-based practices Conduct crisis assessment and safety planning when clinically appropriate Collaborate with schools, providers, guardians, psychiatrists, and community supports as needed Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, and team meetings Maintain ethical standards, HIPAA compliance, and Massachusetts licensing requirements Support clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, family conflict, self-esteem, behavioral challenges, and mood disorders Qualifications Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Massachusetts LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, or license-eligible clinician preferred Experience working in outpatient mental health settings preferred Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and communication within a team environment Experience with children, adolescents, families, or trauma-informed care is a plus Bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply Position Details Full-Time, Part-Time, Fee-for-Service, or Contract opportunities available Flexible scheduling with daytime, evening, and telehealth options Hybrid opportunities available Administrative and billing support provided Referral stream and caseload support available Clinical supervision available for license-eligible clinicians Opportunities for specialization and professional growth Caseload Expectations Clinicians should be able to maintain a minimum caseload of approximately 10 active clients weekly Inner Mind Development Group provides referral support to assist clinicians in building and maintaining their caseload Commitment to maintaining consistent scheduling, communication, and client engagement Preferred Qualities We are looking for clinicians who are: Compassionate and client-centered Warm, professional, and collaborative Passionate about community mental health and advocacy Motivated to grow clinically and professionally Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills Culturally responsive and inclusive in practice Benefits May Include Flexible schedule Administrative support Supervision and mentorship CEU/training opportunities Referral support and credentialing assistance Supportive and collaborative team culture Hybrid and telehealth flexibility To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter to: Inner Mind Development Group is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive environment for both clients and clinicians.
