Outpatient Private Practice Therapist

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to a diverse population, including children, adults, couples, and families. This role involves conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and utilizing various therapeutic modalities to support clients in achieving their mental health goals. The Outpatient Therapist will also have the opportunity to provide services via telehealth, ensuring accessibility for all clients. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure as a therapist (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.). Experience working with children and families is preferred; experience with geriatrics is a plus. Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices. Strong understanding of patient assessment techniques and treatment planning. Familiarity with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and grief counseling methodologies. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing empathetic care.
