Job Description
Looking to expand our team!! We are looking for clinicians who want to grow with us. We are seeking a part-time licensed clinician. This is an independent contractor position. We are an established psychotherapy private practice with consistent referral sources. This is a great opportunity for new therapists who are looking for professional development, case consultation and internal referrals from our thriving team of therapists.
This individual must be able to work independently as well as in a group practice. Inspire4Purpose, LLC provides individual, couples and family counseling to a multicultural community. We work with adolescents, couples, adults and geriatrics. The office is centrally located and is easily accessible to surrounding neighborhoods. In this position, you will: Provide individual, group, and family therapy as well as initial assessment of new clients. Develop & implement all necessary client documentation, including Biopsychosocial, Treatment Plans with measurable, individualized goals. Integrate excellence into all aspects of business and services. Maintain a strong focus on outcomes and provide clients with evidence-based clinical program and self-management tools. Able to work independently. Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with other staff. Always maintain client confidentiality
