We provide down-to-earth, evidence-based therapy in a warm, supportive, and collaborative group practice environment. Our clinicians are passionate about helping people of all ages—especially students, kids, and families—navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, and insomnia using practical, effective tools grounded in CBT, DBT, and other solution-focused modalities. Work-from-home days Growth opportunities Flexible working hours On-the-job training Regular social events Relaxed atmosphere Safe work environment Who We're Looking For We're currently seeking a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) in California to join our growing team, with a focus on working with children, teens, and families . This is a great opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working in a collaborative private practice without the administrative burdens of running a business. Associate-level (AMFT, APCC, ASW) candidates with experience with children and who are great fit may also be considered. What You'll Be Doing Provide therapy primarily to youth under 18 and their families Option to take on young adults and couples clients as caseload grows Maintain timely, clear documentation and treatment planning Collaborate with a team of friendly, skilled therapists Work in-person at our Lafayette location, Berkeley location and/or via telehealth Schedule includes afternoon/evening hours , with potential for Saturday mornings What We Offer W-2 employment with competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Full-time = 25+ clinical hours/week | Part-time = 12+ clinical hours/week Full-time benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and sick time Flexible scheduling and autonomy over your caseload Supportive onboarding and on-the-job training Regular social events and optional team meetups Safe, relaxed, and collaborative work culture Beautiful office spaces + telehealth platform provided Administrative, billing, and referral support Ongoing professional growth opportunities •We are a solution-focused practice that uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as primary method of treatment. Other modalities are welcome, but familiarity with CBT and willingness to train in it is important.• Preferred Qualifications Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or registered Associate license) Experience working with children, teens, and families Familiarity or interest with CBT and DBT frameworks (training in other modalities welcome!)
