We are seeking both full-time and part-time licensed therapists (LCSW-C, LCPC, Ph.D.) to join our growing practice. We provide full administrative, credentialing, and billing services, allowing you to focus exclusively on delivering compassionate, therapeutic care to your clients—while enjoying the benefit of rapid bi-weekly pay, independent of insurance reimbursement. Our bright, welcoming office space is located in Northern Anne Arundel County, offering a comfortable and supportive environment. You'll have the flexibility to create and manage your own schedule, with day, evening, weekend, and telehealth options available. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals. Provide therapy sessions utilizing various modalities. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Skills Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health. Strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
