Job Description:

Life Empowerment Services (LES) is a trauma-informed behavioral health agency and private practice dedicated to helping individuals and families heal, empower, and restore their lives. We are currently seeking Associate and Fully Licensed Therapists (LMSW, LAPC, AMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our team in a hybrid role, providing services both in-office in Marietta and via telehealth. This position is ideal for clinicians looking to build or expand their caseload with the support of an established practice. Clinicians will have the opportunity to work with both insurance and self-pay clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans Provide services in-person and via telehealth Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (EHR) Collaborate with the clinical team as needed Opportunity to provide assessments and specialty services

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Active or eligible licensure in Georgia (LMSW, LAPC, AMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) Previous counseling experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with technology and electronic health records Trauma-informed approach to care

Preferred Qualifications:

Fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) Trauma specialization or advanced training Experience in private practice or outpatient settings Credentialed with insurance panels Specialties (Play Therapy, Family Therapy, Art Therapy, Substance Abuse, etc.)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Evening availability preferred Weekend availability as needed
