We support both fully licensed and associate therapists, with supervision provided by our experienced, professional team. This role will provide you with opportunity to both support clients in a clinical capacity as well as develop, mentor, and work with other therapists in our practice. We also offer workplace flexibility, with flexible schedules and telehealth, in-office, or hybrid workplace.

Schedule Requirements:

Availability on an agreed upon schedule; evening and/or weekend availability is a MUST to accommodate client schedules.

Responsibilities:

Conduct direct face-to-face and/or telehealth sessions with clients on a weekly or biweekly basis. Promote community awareness of our services. Ensure multicultural sensitivity and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Coordinate discharge planning and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Adhere to all professional standards as set by the licensing board and Aurora's policies.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field. Active MA professional counseling or social work license in good standing.

For Licensed Therapist roles:

LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT required.

Pre-Licensed / Provisionally-Licensed Therapist roles:

Master's degree required. Specialty Areas of Interest (but not limited to): We value a diverse team with a range of specialty areas and treatment modalities, interested in working with a wide range of populations. Currently, we are seeking a candidate qualified to see clients from our ever-growing waiting list for children, couples, and families. Caseload may also include other populations as well. We match each provider to clients who fit their focus areas.
