Job Description
We are seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical settings and possess a strong background in behavioral health. Education Must have at least a Bachelors in Human Service or Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Early childhood education, special education or related field. Requirements

Certification Ability to pass drug test and background check At least 1 year prior experience working in the behavioral health field or closely related field Must have reliable transportation, proof of valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record Must have access to computer and internet Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and independently with minimal daily oversight Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and EHR software Ability to work from a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally competent perspective Willing to travel to Clients to provide service in the School, Home, and in the Community Responsibilities Maintain all client documentation in the EHR and write progress notes adhering to requirements set by the Texas Administrative Code Enter data in a clear, accurate, and timely manner. Completion of daily session notes within 24 hours after session Meets face-to-face with clients in their own home, school and community for the provision of all services Reassesses the needs of the child every 60 days and family with the team and modifies the service plan to reflect the progress or lack of progress. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments Implement treatment plans and interventions Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA requirments
