In this vital role, you will ensure the highest standards of compliance, accuracy, and quality via data/metrics . Your experience in customer service and attention to detail will provide the additional support to the Admin Team needs do to our growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to improving the outcome of the little ones we serve while ensuring the organization is running on accurate data. There may be some meetings at the office in Valencia but 95% of the job will be working remotely from home so you must be able to work well independently, a self-starter, and be good about reaching out and returning communication attempts in a timely manner. You will be working with the other Admin staff so access to computer and cell phone is a MUST. You will be reimbursed monthly for using your personal cell phone. Duties Connects with families to complete surveys Schedule and perform follow-up conversations with families Follows up with missing and/or late invoices Completes monthly metrics on each therapist in areas such as; staff cancellations, report submission, etc. Keeping track of when cases need to be put on hold due to late or missing documentation Communicate proactively and effectively with Scheduler and Clinical Director Assist with new client intake Additional duties as assigned Communicate with families via email or phone Qualifications Fluent in Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively support bilingual families Experience working in behavior health or early start programs preferred Strong computer skills and knowledge of Google Drive, Microsoft Word & Excel Ability to work independently and be a contributing team member Reliable access to a computer and cell phone Superb attention to detail Solution-oriented critical thinking Ability to interpret complex regulatory documents and translate them into actionable procedures for staff training. Strong knowledge of making graphs, charts, and tables in Microsoft Word and Excel Comfortable speaking over the phone Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written skills Company Description StarChild Interventions was established in 2015 and is built on our passion to serve the needs of children and families in their quest for compassionate and effective developmental and behavioral support.
