The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on enhancing mental well-being and promoting healthy coping strategies. This role involves working with diverse populations. This is a remote position. Duties Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients. Provide behavioral therapy,individual, couples, and family counseling to address mental health issues. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance therapeutic skills. •Please note that this position will initially involve seeing approximately 5-7 clients, and caseload growth is expected to be gradual. The anticipated start date is between August and early September . Experience A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and practices is a plus. Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and various counseling methods. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a client-centered approach. As we continue to grow, we are looking for resident mental health professionals in the state of Virginia who are working towards an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license to join our team. •Please note this position requires an active VA license•We are seeking candidates who can work evening hours or Saturdays. We are flexible with the scheduling but candidate must be able to work evenings as this is the prime time of client scheduling.
