Supervision:

You will receive regular clinical supervision in accordance with state licensure requirements to support your professional growth and licensure progress. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team in a hybrid role, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions in the Carlinville, IL area. This position is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility while maintaining meaningful, high-quality client relationships. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation Use evidence-based and client-centered therapeutic approaches Deliver services both in-office and via secure telehealth platforms Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing board guidelines Qualifications Active, unrestricted license (e.g., LSW, LPC, or equivalent) Bachelor's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Minimum 1 years of clinical experience preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Comfortable with both in-person and virtual therapy platforms What We Offer W-2 Position Full Administrative Support (scheduling, billing, referrals, patient communication) Hybrid Schedule Competitive Compensation Professional Development Opportunities Supportive and Collaborative Team Culture How to Apply Please submit your CV, cover letter, and proof of licensure to .
