SF Psychotherapy & Wellness Collective is a growing group private practice rooted in an embodied, holistic approach to healing. We specialize in EMDR, IFS, Somatics, and Attachment — and we're looking for clinicians who are not just clinically strong, but genuinely invested in being part of a thoughtful, collaborative clinical community. We do things a little differently here. Our clinicians have the freedom to work elsewhere, keep their clients, bring their own specialties, and build a practice that truly reflects who they are — all within a supportive, beautifully designed space in the heart of San Francisco. We're seeking clinicians who are: Community-oriented — you thrive in a collaborative environment and value being part of something bigger than your caseload Self-directed — you take initiative, manage your time well, and don't need to be micromanaged Comfortable with private pay — you can hold fee conversations with confidence and clarity Flexible and growth-minded — we're a growing practice and we want clinicians who are excited to grow with us Clinically curious — you're engaged in your own development, whether through training, consultation, or community Marketing minded — you understand that caseload building is part of the job and you're willing to put yourself out there We welcome clinicians from all cultural backgrounds and lived experiences. For All Clinicians:
Hybrid schedule — you set your own hours, in-person and telehealth Stunning, aesthetically designed private office space in Lower Pacific Heights Shared conference room available for clinicians interested in facilitating groups SimplePractice fully set up and managed — no administrative headache Practice email provided and administrative support available Client referral matching to help you build your caseload Two supervisors available for ongoing consultation and support Mentaya integration — supporting clients in navigating out-of-network benefits, making private pay more accessible Featured on our practice website and supported in setting up your Psychology Today profile Freedom to work at other settings simultaneously Your clients are yours — always Opportunities to participate in community outreach and practice-building events, compensated at SF minimum wage ($19.18/hr) — because we value your time beyond the therapy roomFor Associates:
60/40 session split in your favor Supervision hour provided and paid at SF minimum wage ($19.18/hr) Individual and group supervision availableFor Licensed Clinicians:

Required:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT or related field Active California AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license or registration Comfortable working in a private pay setting Self-directed with ability to manage own caseload and schedulePreferred:
Training in EMDR, IFS, Somatics, or Attachment-based approaches Experience with diverse populations — individuals, couples, families, children Bilingual or multilingual Familiarity with SimplePractice or similar EHR Interest in community building and practice growthHOW TO APPLY
