YOUR JOB
This isn't just another therapist job — it's a calling. At The Bair Foundation, you'll be part of a passionate team making a real difference in the lives of children and families living with mental health challenges. As a Therapist, you'll provide evidence-based services that promote stability, recovery, and hope. You'll meet clients where they are — in their homes and communities — and support them in navigating challenges, building coping skills, and moving toward healthier, more independent lives. Because you'll be traveling to serve clients in multiple settings, reliable transportation is essential. The good news? You'll be reimbursed for mileage, and every visit is an opportunity to bring help and healing right where it's needed most.
