Raincross Family Counseling is looking for a dedicated, Family Therapist to join our collaborativen team and provide high-quality, client-centered care. This full-time, remote role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families across California. We're looking for a therapist with a strong foundation in clinical work, experience supporting children and families, and a deep commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care. Scheduling can be flexible and tailored collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions Provide therapy using a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behaviora therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy Have availability for 36 hours per week to achieve an average caseload of 30 attended sessions weekly Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals within our group practice to ensure comprehensive, integrated care Provide timely support and intervention to families in crisis Offer guidance to help de-escalate and resolve acute conflicts

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field Valid state registration as a Registered Marriage Family Therapist with the Board ofBehavioral Sciences in California (or LPCC or LCSW). Proven experience providing therapeutic services to children and families Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse client populations Strong commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, and ongoing professional growth Familiarity with clinical research methodologies and openness to participating in research-related activities Why Us? 401(k) retirement plan Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Paid time off (PTO) Support for ongoing professional development and continuing education

Compensation:

$30-35/hr commensurate on experience

Schedule:

36 hours of clinical availability per week Average weekly caseload of 30 attended sessions Flexible hours which can be tailored collaboratively (General availability is necessary to ensure client access and consistent care)

License/Certification:

CA Board BBS Registration as AMFT or ACSW (Required)
