This role includes individual and family therapy, as well as assessments, treatment planning, and care coordination. Clinicians will support clients in building emotional regulation, coping skills, and overall wellness in a supportive and collaborative environment. Behavioral Health Clinician (FT or PT) - Lifespan (Ages 5-99)
LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LADCMH
(Licensed) Oklahoma (Telehealth and Office-Based) What You'll Do Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults; caseload will reflect a mixture across the lifespan. Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans Work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, trauma-informed care, and family-based interventions Coordinate care with families, schools, and community partners Maintain timely documentation and required reporting
Caseload Expectations Part Time:
minimum of 15 active patients
Full Time:
based on availability and program needs Flexible scheduling, including after-school, evening, and optional weekend hours Requirements Active Oklahoma license or under supervision (LMSW, LPC or LPC-Candidate, LMFT or LMFT-Candidate, or LCSW) Experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents (with ability to see adult clients as needed) Ability to complete documentation within 24-48 hours of service delivery Must pass background check Maintain active licensure and professional liability insurance Preferred Experience with play therapy, family systems, or trauma-focused approaches Experience working with schools, other community based organizations or community-based populations What We Offer Weekly pay Consistent referrals - no marketing required Flexible schedule (weekday, after-school, evening, and optional weekends) Hybrid work (outpatient and telehealth) Administrative support Supportive, mission-driven clinical environment Eligible providers may qualify for Student Loan Repayment Program Compensation Competitive pay Contract 1099 Estimated annual earnings range from $37,000 to $89,000 , depending on caseload and availability Earnings vary based on schedule and caseload Weekly pay with consistent referrals provided Therapy Health and Wellness provides whole-person, community-rooted care to underserved populations.
