Job Description

PsychPros is recruiting for a Youth Therapist to work with children with mental health conditions and their families throughout Harrison County, MS. The office is located in Biloxi, MS. The therapist will provide 100% of services in the community. Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field required Mental health Certification (PCMHT or CMHT) and/or license (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFTA) within 30 days of employment Must have at least two years clinical experience working with children and youth with serious emotional disturbances and families with complex needs Must have a valid driver license, a good driving record, proof of legally appropriate auto liability insurance, and must be willing to use personal vehicle for organization business Benefits•$50,424 annual salary Comprehensive benefits package Flexible schedule and opportunity for some remote work Opportunity to work with a dedicated, professional team within a well respected agency that values an inclusive and respectful culture Responsibilities•Deliver all mental health services (e.
g., individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, substance abuse treatment, etc.). Complete all required clinical assessments. Responsible for the clinical oversight and clinical interventions related to the crisis management plan, the individualized service plan and Wrap-Around Meetings in coordination with the Primary Service Coordinator. Provide targeted clinical interventions based on the identified youth's needs through the various assessments and plans. Complete required assessments and case documentation for each individual in a timely manner and within program requirements.
