Requirements:
You bring professionalism, sound clinical judgment, and a client-centered approach to your work.
You also have:
Current licensure as LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or
LMFT . A
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field. At least one year of experience working with children with special needs. Ability to meet transportation requirements and consent to required background and clearance checks.
What You'll Do:
As a Clinician, you'll provide high-quality, ethical care while supporting treatment teams and families.
Your responsibilities will include:
Completing case openings in collaboration with the Treatment Coordinator in accordance with EOHHS program standards. Developing and maintaining treatment and behavior plans (initial, progress, and renewal), ensuring goals and methodologies are evidence-based. Participating in face-to-face clinical consultations with clients, families, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Providing clinical training, mentoring, and supervision to DSPs implementing treatment plans in the home. Analyzing treatment data to assess effectiveness and guide ongoing clinical decisions. Communicating with collateral providers and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation. Ensuring agency policies, procedures, and best-practice standards are consistently followed.
