LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LISW-CP, Licensed Psychologist Position Overview SoCalm Mental Health Services is seeking compassionate and child-focused mental health clinicians to join our growing integrated behavioral health team within pediatric offices. Therapists will work alongside pediatric providers to support children, adolescents, and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, developmental, and social challenges. This role is ideal for clinicians passionate about improving access to mental health care for children while working collaboratively within a trusted medical setting. Compensation Fully Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LISW-CP, Licensed Psychologists): Earn 60% of all collected billable services Associate Licensed Clinicians (LPC-A): Earn 55% of all collected billable services Responsibilities Provide outpatient counseling services for children, adolescents, and families Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Support concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, behavioral difficulties, school stress, emotional regulation, trauma, and family adjustment issues Collaborate closely with pediatricians and clinical staff regarding patient care needs Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the provided EHR system Participate in integrated care coordination within the pediatric setting What SoCalm Provides Flexible scheduling — create your own schedule Referral stream from partnering medical practices Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Scheduling support Insurance billing and claims management Credentialing with insurance panels Office space within partnered practices Administrative and operational support Clinical collaboration opportunities within integrated healthcare environments Qualifications Active South Carolina license as one of the following: o LPC o LPC-A o LMFT o LMFT-A o LISW-CP o Licensed Psychologist Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within medical office environments Experience with children, families, or integrated healthcare settings preferred but not required Ideal Candidate We are looking for clinicians who are: Passionate about working with children and families Comfortable engaging with parents and caregivers Skilled in child and adolescent behavioral health Patient-centered, collaborative, and adaptable Motivated to build and maintain a caseload Interested in integrated behavioral health care Organized, professional, and collaborative Apply Today Join SoCalm Mental Health Services and become part of a mission-driven team focused on improving access to high-quality mental health care throughout the community.
