Outpatient Therapist

About SkyCare Services SkyCare Services LLC is a growing provider of in-home and residential care services. We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable licensed therapist to provide counseling services to children in a small group home setting. Position Overview The therapist will provide weekly counseling sessions to a group of children in a structured residential environment located in Fort Mill, SC. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking flexible hours while making a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions on a weekly basis Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with staff and caregivers to support behavioral goals Provide recommendations for behavior interventions as needed Qualifications LPCI, LCMHC, LCSW, or equivalent licensure (or fully licensed preferred) Experience working with children and/or behavioral health Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism Schedule Flexible scheduling Evening and/or weekend availability preferred Approximately 1-2 visits per week Compensation Competitive hourly or per-session rate (based on experience) Why Join SkyCare?
