We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and reliable Behavior Technician to join our growing Chattanooga team. Work 1:1 with children — paid training provided. If you're an RBT (or working toward certification), we want to hear from you. Psychology and education students are encouraged to apply. Role description Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions in clients' homes, implementing individualized BCBA treatment plans Teach communication, social, academic, and daily living skills through evidence-based strategies Collect accurate data and complete session notes during session — no taking work home Partner closely with families and BCBAs through consistent, proactive communication Maintain reliable scheduling and uphold ethical, safety, and documentation standards What We're Looking For RBT certification preferred — candidates working toward it are encouraged to apply Experience supporting autistic or neurodivergent individuals (preferred but not required — we value heart and coachability) Professional communicator who is punctual, organized, and responsive to feedback Comfortable working in client homes and traveling up to 45 minutes within the Chattanooga area Flexible part-time schedules with shifts during after-school hours — great for students or those with daytime commitments High school diploma required; ability to participate in active sessions and lift up to 30 lbs Why Crescent?
