Job Description

Description •Average Salary is $65,270.40 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)•The Mental Health Therapist provides diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling to children, adolescents, families, and caregivers. Responsibilities include establishing trust with clients, creating treatment plans, maintaining documentation, and offering therapeutic intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and therapy for clients. Provide crisis intervention and refer clients to additional services as needed. Maintain accurate and timely client documentation and submit billing paperwork. Collaborate with agency staff and external partners to deliver services. Actively participate in evidence-based therapeutic training and certification. Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, regulations, and agency policies. Transport clients using a personal or agency vehicle as needed.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required. Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
Combination of office-based and fieldwork, including occasional outdoor activities. Moderate physical activity, such as lifting up to 25 pounds.
