Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Children, Adolescents & Adults)

We are a close-knit, collaborative group practice looking for a fully licensed therapist who enjoys working across the lifespan. This role is ideal for someone who feels comfortable seeing both kids and adults and wants the flexibility to work with a variety of clients, while still having strong support behind them. If you're someone who can shift between play-based work with children and more traditional talk therapy with teens and adults, and you value being part of a connected, supportive team, you'll likely be a great fit here.

What You'll Do:

Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults Use developmentally appropriate approaches, including play therapy techniques when working with younger clients Support clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, and more Collaborate with caregivers when working with children Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in team consultation and case support

What We're Looking For:

Fully licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Texas Experience working with both children and adults Training or familiarity with play therapy (or willingness to integrate it into work with kids) Strong clinical skills with a range of presenting concerns Warm, relational, and able to build trust across age groups Values collaboration, growth, and being part of a team
