Job Summary:
Base Salary + Up to $30,000+ Additional Outpatient Earnings Make a meaningful difference without burnout. At Polk Adolescent Day Treatment Center (PADTC), therapists work with an average school caseload of about four youth and their families at a time, allowing for individualized care and strong therapeutic relationships. This is not a traditional office-based therapy role. Our therapists provide individual, group, and family therapy while participating in outdoor activities, creative programming, and community-based experiences that help youth practice coping skills in real time. PADTC PADTC
is a nonprofit therapeutic day treatment program serving adolescents and families in Polk County, Oregon. For nearly 50 years, we have integrated mental health treatment, education, and milieu therapy to help youth build emotional regulation, communication, and life skills in a structured, trauma-informed setting. Our primary clinical framework is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), alongside DBT, family systems, and other evidence-based approaches. Why Join PADTC?
