Contract (1099) About Only One Focus LLC Only One Focus LLC is a community-based behavioral health agency dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and families throughout Texas. Our mission is to help youth build emotional wellness, improve daily functioning, strengthen family relationships, and achieve their personal goals through compassionate and evidence-based care. We are currently seeking dedicated therapists who are passionate about working with children of all abilities, including verbal and nonverbal youth, in a variety of community, home-based, and virtual settings. Position Overview We are seeking licensed and associate-level therapists to provide biweekly individual therapy services t o children and adolescents. Therapists will conduct sessions both in person and virtually, depending on client needs and preferences. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children facing behavioral, emotional, developmental, social, or trauma-related challenges and be comfortable adapting therapeutic approaches to meet each child's unique communication style and developmental level. Responsibilities Provide biweekly individual therapy services to children and adolescents Conduct both in-person and telehealth sessions Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner Collaborate with caregivers, foster parents, schools, medical providers, and community supports Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to each child's needs Maintain compliance with Medicaid, insurance, and documentation requirements Participate in clinical consultation and supervision as needed Preferred Therapeutic Approaches We are particularly interested in therapists with experience in: Play Therapy Child-Centered Play Therapy Sand Tray Therapy Art Therapy Techniques Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) Solution-Focused Therapy Family Therapy Attachment-Based Therapy Behavioral Therapy Social Skills Development Emotional Regulation Training Trauma-Informed Care Experience with Nonverbal and Neurodiverse Children Preferred experience includes working with: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Sensory Processing Challenges Children with limited verbal communication Experience utilizing the following is highly valued: AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) Visual Supports Social Stories Behavioral Interventions Sensory-Based Strategies QualificationsRequired LPC, LPC-Associate, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT-Associate, Licensed Psychologist, or other qualifying Texas behavioral health license Ability to provide therapy services in Texas Experience working with children and adolescents Strong documentation and communication skills Reliable transportation for in-person sessions Preferred Play Therapy training or certification Experience working with foster care youth Experience with autism and developmental disabilities Bilingual (English/Spanish) Telehealth experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive per-session compensation Flexible schedule Hybrid in-person and virtual opportunities Administrative support Referral stream provided Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding behavioral health organization Schedule Biweekly therapy sessions Flexible scheduling based on therapist and family availability Evening and weekend availability preferred but not required Join a team that is committed to helping children and families succeed while making a meaningful impact in communities across Texas.
