We are looking for hard working, team building, licensed professionals to provide therapy to children, adolescents and adults with various psychiatric diagnoses including but not limited to ADHD, anxiety, depression, or other mental disorders in an outpatient setting. Must be able to work flexible work hours/days. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices. Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes. Qualifications Must possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience in working with children and adults.(preferred at least 3 years' experience) Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organization skills. Must be patient in dealing with the child and adolescent population and sensitive to any deficiencies. Education and/or Experience Master's or Doctorate Degree required Experience working with people with mental disorders Experience with individual and family therapy Experience with assessment with different levels of care Requirements Must be licensed in the state of Texas. Must be able to work in an office with multiple discipline providers and contribute in a positive manner in a team environment. Thorough knowledge and understanding of confidentiality standards, state regulations and clinical protocols. Requires proven professionalism and the ability to deal effectively with students, parents/guardians, and a variety of internal and external resources. License LPC, LMFT, LCSW, (LPC-A, LMFT-A with clinical supervision)
Pay:
$76,689.25 - $92,356.95 per year
