Who We Are Katy Teen & Family Counseling is a group practice providing therapy services to teens, young adults, and families in the Katy and Houston area. We also provide couples counseling, neurofeedback, and other sub-specialties. We provide therapy for those who are struggling with neurodivers individuals, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, ADHD/ADD, trauma, PTSD, performance anxiety, self-esteem/self-worth, etc. Some of the best practice approaches we utilize are CBT, EMDR, ART, Neurofeedback, Motivational Interviewing, among others. We are excited to bring on therapists who also bring their own best practice approaches! We are seeking a fully licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC and fully licensed in the state of Texas) for a full-time position with generous pay. We will also consider the right candidate who is an LMSW, LMFT-A, or LPC-A licensed in Texas. Must have a passion for working with teens, young adults, and families and be okay with working mainly after school hours during the school year.

Therapists must:

Be open to feedback Be committed & devoted to client care Have a strong customer/client service orientation Be able to work independently with little to no direction (after training) Have strong, timely documentation skills Be ethical in decision making & demonstrate integrity Be dependable & hardworking

Work Setting:

As a 1099 contractor, you will be provided with: A steady stream of clients Excellent earning potential A fully furnished office in an office condominium Access and use of our HIPAA compliant EHR therapy practice system Marketing provided for you Scheduling of initial appointment The freedom and flexibility to set your own work hours The freedom to practice therapy with teens, young adults, families, or couples using your own best practice clinical theory, philosophy, and evidenced based approaches

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Counseling Fully licensed therapist in the state of Texas (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) Will consider the right candidate who is an LMSW, LMFT-A, or LPC-A in the state of Texas Expertise and passion in providing therapy to teens, young adults, families Ability to practice independently while also supporting the goals of the group practice Ability to manage client intake documentation & ensure completion prior to starting therapy Having current

Personal Liability or Malpractice Insurance Preference:

Prior private practice experience Two years in providing therapy to teens, young adults, and families Marriage counseling or couples therapy experience Specialty training

Job Type:
