$50+ per clinical hour, based on license level, experience, clinical specialty, schedule availability, and caseload. Sathiyanathan Counseling is hiring associate-licensed and fully licensed psychotherapists who are serious about showing up fully for clients, growing their skills to fit our practice needs, and building a stable career that prioritizes work/life balance, with our established private practice. This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with teens and adults, desires the support of group practice, while still appreciating the flexibility, autonomy, and earning potential of a private practice setting—without the complexity of managing a solo private practice. At Sathiyanathan counseling, clinicians do not have to carry the full weight of scheduling, billing, marketing, credentialing, office management. Credentialing, billing, and some client referrals are provided to you. Supervision, training, and support is provided along the way! We are looking for therapists who are long-term minded, self-motivated, and clinically confident. This is a great fit for clinicians who want to use their skills without wasting time with meetings, desire part time work while still being able to live life and be there for your family, build specialty areas, and serve a consistent caseload. Sathiyanathan Counseling provides outpatient mental health services for teens, adults, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches such as Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T) DBT, CBT, and other trauma-informed and evidence based modalities. We are seeking a part-time therapist who is ready to: Carry and maintain a consistent caseload Serve clients with a flexible schedule Show up reliably and professionally Participate in supervision, consultation, and team collaboration Use evidence-based treatment approaches with clinical thoughtfulness Maintain strong documentation and ethical practice standards Work hard without needing to be monitored, reminded, or micromanaged Contribute to a mature, drama-free, supportive team culture Commit to maintaining high standards with an established and respected agency This role is best suited for a clinician who is warm, accountable, teachable, clinically engaged, and motivated to build something sustainable. Sathiyanathan Counseling serves clients during weekdays.Monday-Friday:
8:00 a.m- 8:00 p.m. Preference is given to therapists who can offer consistent availability between 1:00 p.m

Final compensation is based on:
Associate or full licensure status Clinical experience Specialty training Schedule availability Performance, professionalism, and retention rates. Clients are assigned based on payer, clinical specialty, client need, therapist availability, and agency fit.
