If you are looking for a supportive and growth-oriented environment where collaboration and teamwork are valued, we would love to have you join our team. Our clinic offers flexibility and resources to help you achieve your professional goals as a therapist. In addition to individual and family therapy, we host a therapeutic day treatment program for children ages 5 through 12, allowing therapists to expand their skills by working with children in a family-centered setting. This unique opportunity equips our clinicians with the tools to address modern mental health challenges and foster lasting change in clients' lives. Supervision and Licensure Support We are proud to support therapists working toward full licensure. If you hold an associate license (ACMHC, AMFT, or CSW) and need clinical supervision, we are happy to provide it as part of your employment. Our supervision is designed to help you develop your skills, enhance your clinical expertise, and successfully achieve full licensure. Schedule and Caseload Growth While your schedule has room to grow, guaranteed 25+ hours are not available at the start of employment. Building a full caseload requires time, commitment, and effort in marketing yourself and receiving referrals from the clinic. We require a minimum of 15 hours of availability per week to accommodate scheduling needs. The more flexible your availability, the more opportunities you will have to connect with clients whose schedules may be less flexible. Schedules are adaptable, but availability during peak hours (such as afternoons and evenings) may increase the likelihood of building a caseload quickly. Responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy sessions. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs. Maintain thorough and timely case notes and clinical assessments. Uphold all HIPAA guidelines and clinic policies to ensure client confidentiality and quality care. Qualifications Must have completed a Master's degree in CSW, MFT, or CMHC. (Optional) Experience in a clinical setting working with children, adolescents, families, or couples is highly valued. Why Join Us? Be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment. Gain valuable experience working with a diverse range of clients. Access supervision and support to help you achieve your licensure goals. Expand your skills while making a positive impact on the lives of children, families, and individuals. If you are motivated, compassionate, and eager to grow your career in a positive and team-focused setting, we encourage you to apply today!
