School Based Mental Health Therapist (Elementary/ High School), Part-Time

We are looking for a part-time therapist to work on-site in one of our contracted schools in Canyons and Granite school districts. We have opportunities in elementary schools, middle schools and high schools. Therapists provide therapy as a satellite office of Project Connection at their contracted school and act as both a member of the school team and the Project Connection team. Hours for this position are school hours, during the school year, with school breaks and holidays off. School Based therapists also have the option to see clients outside of school hours at our clinic in West Valley City; however, this is not required. Project Connection is a mental health organization focused on integrative, trauma-informed care that provides individual, family and group therapy in a variety of settings. School-based therapists will provide therapy to children and their families in a dedicated school and collaborate with their school team to increase positive outcomes for clients. Project Connection provides supervision for all clinicians (fully-licensed clinicians are paid to attend supervision), monthly trainings, training funding, retreats and support. Benefits and PTO are provided for clinicians meeting full-time requirements of 22 direct service hours per week. Payment stipends available in addition to hourly pay for therapists meeting at least 10 billable hours per week. Clinicians billing at least 22 hours per week will receive an additional 10% on their billing in addition to their hourly rate.
