Job Description

Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Part-Time Therapist with our Center for Opioid Recovery (COR) program in Orem, Utah, providing substance use treatment in a structured, recovery-focused environment. In this onsite role, you'll support individuals through Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including methadone services, while working alongside a compassionate, multidisciplinary team. This position offers a competitive pay range of $28.50-$44.03/hour and the opportunity to deliver individualized, client-centered care that supports long-term recovery and community reintegration.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-11:00 AM Friday, 6:00 AM-12:00
PM Compensation:
$28.50-$44.03

What You'll Do as a COR Therapist Provide individual and group therapy for clients receiving outpatient substance use disorder services Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Document services, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support client recovery and continuity of care Participate in team meetings, clinical consultations, and ongoing program improvement efforts Maintain ethical, professional, and safety standards in all aspects of care Qualifications Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy. Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting). Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy. Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team. Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards. Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
