Salary:
Up to $120,000 A nationally recognized behavioral health provider is seeking a Senior Clinical Therapist to join its residential treatment team in Central Virginia. This position offers the opportunity to work with adults experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders while serving as a clinical leader within a highly collaborative treatment environment. Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy services Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Support and mentor developing clinicians and interns Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure high-quality patient care Participate in case consultation, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making Manage higher-acuity clinical presentations including suicidality, self-harm risk, substance use disorders, and crisis situations Assist with discharge planning and coordination of care Deliver evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches Qualifications Active Virginia licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent independent clinical license Experience working in residential treatment, inpatient, PHP, or other higher-acuity behavioral health settings Strong clinical assessment and crisis intervention skills Experience working with dual diagnosis and co-occurring populations Interest in clinical leadership, supervision, and staff development Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills What You'll Find Salary up to $120,000 Established and respected behavioral health organization Supportive clinical leadership Opportunity to mentor therapists and interns Strong multidisciplinary treatment team Career growth and advancement opportunities Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for confidential consideration.
