Job Description
Have you been looking for a Neurodivergent Affirming Provider that Nurtures, Elevates and Supports Children and Young Adults? Roots to Blooms is seeking, experienced, passionate, driven Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to join our collaborative team! If you're seeking part-time work up to 30 hours weekly, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic crew dedicated to helping children and young adults unlock their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Behavior Intervention:
Implement individualized, data-driven plans to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and encourage positive interactions.Nature-Based Learning:
Utilize naturalistic teaching methods to support your client in home, school and community based services.Data Tracking:
Consistently record and analyze client behaviors and progress to inform treatment decisions and celebrate growth.Skill Development:
Support creative programming that promotes skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and social development through activities like imaginative and creative play.Family Support:
Educate and empower families to apply behavior strategies in everyday routines and natural settings.Professional Standards:
Uphold BACB ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and respectful communication. Be part of a team that empowers growth, connection, and lasting change.Candidates must have:
Solid knowledge of ABA and behavioral therapy techniques Hands-on experience with behavior tracking and progress monitoring Familiarity with special education, patient care standards, and behavioral health Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset Compassion, patience, and adaptability in diverse therapeutic settings Comfort with medical terminology and documentation practices A strong work ethic and commitment to their clientsJob Type:
Part-time Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 32 per weekBenefits:
