//vbclinicalcounseling.com/ We are currently seeking a motivated LCSW who is passionate about building a strong clinical foundation and committed to ethical, compassionate care. This position is designed to begin part-time, evenings and weekends and grow into a salaried part-time or full-time therapist role within the practice. Clinicians have flexibility in setting their own caseload goals, with an emphasis on steady follow-through. We are looking for a self-directed clinician who can work independently while being supported by a collaborative practice. The role includes timely follow-up with referrals, appropriate outreach, and willingness to build a sustainable caseload that works for both the clinician and the practice.
