Job Description
Become part of a collaborative outpatient team committed to enhancing the mental health and well-being of individuals across Washington County. In this role, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based clinical support to children and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary partners, including case management staff, to deliver coordinated care that fosters stability, resilience, and long-term growth. Duties and Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat children with a wide range of mental health concerns Develop and implement personalized intervention plans. Conduct assessments to identify students' behavioral and emotional needs. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive and integrated services Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
Education and Experience:
Master's degree and be license eligible. One year of experience providing therapy support and clinical services to children. Experience in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and group therapy is preferredCore Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Have a collaborative approach and demonstrate understanding of trauma-informed care practices. Clean driving record and access to safe, reliable, and insured vehicle. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively and productively with internal and external partners.
