Collaborative, team-based environment Meaningful work with real community impact What You'll Do Provide outpatient therapy (individual, family, group) Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans Use evidence-based, outcome-focused approaches Collaborate with care teams and community partners Support clients in building skills and long-term stability Complete clinical documentation and care coordination What You Bring Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field 2+ years of clinical experience Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days Strong engagement and treatment planning skills Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
