Child & Family Therapist - Full Time Everett, WA Join Our Red Team - Compassionate, Collaborative, Community-Focused Compass Health is seeking a Child & Family Therapist to join our Children's Intensive Services (WISe) team in Everett ! As a key member of the Red Team , you'll work alongside a dynamic, skilled group of professionals dedicated to empowering youth and their families through strength-based, wraparound services. WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) is a collaborative, youth- and family-driven program supporting Medicaid-eligible individuals (up to age 21) with complex behavioral health needs. Services are provided in-home, at school, and in the community to reduce the need for more restrictive placements and help youth thrive in their natural environments. Learn more about

Watch this video What You'll Do Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based models. Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary treatment team to support youth and caregivers. Deliver services flexibly in homes, schools, and community settings. Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours crisis response. What You'll Bring
MA/MS/MSW
Degree in a Behavioral Science field (required) Must meet qualifications for Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC Preferably meets training requirements as a Child Mental Health Specialist Valid WA State Driver's License and insurance Agency Affiliated Counselor registration (if not already licensed) Preferred Experience Background in medical, mental health, or social services Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices or willingness to learn Strong interpersonal, documentation, and crisis management skills What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance at NO COST to full-time employees 16 vacation days + 12 sick days + 13 paid holidays (including 2 personal days) $500 in professional development funds per year Up to 10 days of paid education leave 403(b) retirement plan with up to 2% company match after one year Mileage reimbursement Supervision hours toward licensure That's 45+ paid days off in your first year!
