Join Community Integrated Health Services (CIHS) and work in our FACT (Flexible Assertive Community Treatment) program and Outpatient, where you'll meet clients in the community and help them build real-life stability and independence. This is a flexible, team-based role with real impact. paid holidays Retirement (PERS) with employer contributions Weekly supervision + licensure support Collaborative, multidisciplinary team What You'll Do Provide therapy and case management in community settings Complete assessments and build individualized treatment plans Support clients with skill-building, housing, employment, and recovery goals Collaborate with a full care team (med management, peers, case managers) Help reduce hospitalizations and law enforcement involvement Track progress and complete clinical documentation Why This Role Is Different You're not office-based—you're out in the community making real change Smaller, team-based caseload approach Focus on long-term stability and recovery , not quick visits What You Bring Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field 2+ years of clinical experience Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days Comfortable working in community/home settings Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

Preferred:
