This position will include individualized treatment planning, group and individual counseling for clients in an involuntary civil commitment with serious mental illness or severe substance use disorder such that that they are unable or unwilling to comply with recommended treatment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Possess extensive knowledge of serious mental illness, trauma, and chemical dependency. Must be able to visually assess conditions and crisis situations and to communicate information accurately and professionally, including court proceedings. Must be computer literate. Be familiar with law enforcement and the judicial system.

Requirements:

Master's degree in social sciences or related filed, State certified as a licensed Mental Health Therapist, must pass a criminal background check, must pass a monitored urinalysis test, and must have no history of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of 3 years immediately prior to the time of employment.

Pay:

$90,000.00 per year
