Job Description

Position OverviewStrides Therapeutic Services is seeking energetic and dedicated Behavior Therapists to join our Vancouver, WA clinic. In this role, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents (ages 18 months18 years) on the autism spectrum. Therapists work directly with clients to implement treatment plans, support skill development, and collect data on client progress under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a supportive, team-oriented clinical environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide ABA services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)Implement written treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBACollect accurate data to measure client progressMaintain detailed session notes and documentationCollaborate with supervisors, fellow therapists, and client caregiversMaintain a positive, engaging, and structured therapy environmentQualificationsAbility to pass a criminal background checkStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with children and familiesAbility to follow detailed treatment plans and clinical instructionsComfort with collecting and documenting behavioral dataAbility to work collaboratively within a clinical team and follow supervisory guidanceBachelors degree in a human servicesrelated field preferred
Compensation and BenefitsPay:
$21.00$28.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
