Job Description

Innovative Counseling, Inc. is seeking energetic, compassionate, and creative professionals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism—while building a long-term, rewarding career in behavioral health. We provide individualized, evidence-based behavior modification therapy that supports skill development, independence, and positive behavior change. Services are delivered one-on-one with children in our clinic and/or in-home settings. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or professionals in psychology, social work, human services, special education, speech & language, or related fields who want hands-on clinical experience with strong supervision and support.
What You'll Do:
Build positive, professional relationships with clients, families, and the clinical team Assess client developmental and behavioral functioning using approved curricula Develop and implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans in collaboration with a licensed supervisor Design and deliver engaging, client-centered programming Collect, analyze, and use data to guide treatment decisions Train, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians assigned to your cases Monitor treatment fidelity and provide performance feedback to technicians Maintain professional boundaries and follow agency policies and best practices
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a human services or related field Minimum of 2,000 hours of supervised experience using behaviorally based therapy models Strong understanding of autism and applied behavioral principles Ability to pass a caregiver background check Physical ability to sit on the floor, move quickly, and lift or assist up to 50 lbs Ability to respond safely and effectively to challenging behaviors using approved techniques
Job Details:
Full-time or Part-time In-person (clinic and/or in-home services) Monday-Friday Day and evening shifts available
