  • Part-time EMDR Therapist Willow Behavioral Health Wisconsin Part-Time Join Our Team at Willow Behavioral Health Willow Behavioral Health is a growing, client-centered mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, and families throughout Wisconsin.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated EMDR Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and help clients heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health challenges. Position Summary The EMDR Therapist will provide outpatient psychotherapy services with a focus on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. The ideal candidate is experienced in treating trauma-related disorders and committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide EMDR therapy and other evidence-based interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Participate in case consultations and staff meetings.
  • Maintain professional licensure and continuing education requirements. Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
  • Active Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LPC-IT under supervision, LCSW, APSW under supervision, LMFT, or Psychologist).
  • EMDRIA-approved EMDR training required; EMDR Certification preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience providing psychotherapy.
  • Experience treating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills. What We Offer
