  • IOP (Full-Time) Milwaukee, WI | Onsite Day Schedule | No Evenings or Weekends | Free Supervision | Up to $1,000 Bonus About the Opportunity Healthcare Recruiters International (HCRI) is hiring a Child & Adolescent Therapist to join a structured, trauma-informed Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) serving youth ages 4-18.
This is an ideal role for clinicians seeking a consistent daytime schedule, smaller caseload, and strong clinical support , with supervision available for those working toward full licensure. Why Clinicians Choose This Role Monday-Friday schedule, no evenings or weekends Day hours, typically 7:00-3:30 or 7:30-4:00 Small caseload, approximately 8-10 clients plus 1 group per week Free, on-site supervision toward licensure Structured, supportive clinical environment Up to $1,000 sign-on or retention bonus What You'll Do Provide individual, family, and group therapy Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups Develop and maintain treatment plans Complete timely EMR documentation Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain a structured, trauma-informed treatment environment Compensation & Benefits Full benefits package, medical, dental, vision 401(k) with employer match Short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance Generous paid time off One paid Mental Health Day per month Free CPI training and ongoing continuing education opportunities Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field Eligible for associate or trainee status OR fully licensed (LPC, LPC-IT, LMFT, LCSW, APSW) Valid driver's license Preferred Experience Experience working with children and adolescents Interest in trauma-informed care Interest in faith-integrated care, when aligned with client preference Ideal Candidate Looking for a structured, daytime clinical role Values smaller caseloads and quality of care Interested in working toward licensure with supervision support Enjoys working with youth and families in a team-based setting If you want, I can also create a higher-volume version that leads with "no evenings + small caseload + supervision" in the first line to drive even more clicks on Indeed.
