Job Description

Psychotherapist Position Open:
Lutheran Counseling and Family Services of Wisconsin (LCFS) is a non-profit, state licensed outpatient mental health care facility looking to hire a licensed child/adult psychotherapist to provide outpatient mental health counseling services out of our Wauwatosa location. Psychotherapist MUST be fully licensed by the State of Wisconsin.
Skills & Knowledge:
Must be Master's level and completed 3000 post-licensure hours Experience in assessments, DSM-V diagnosis. Have the ability to evaluate, diagnose and offer treatment to individuals, children and families. Ability to analyze/identify short and long-term goals. Keep charts up to date and accurate. Documentation as required by DHS 35. Ability to establish effective professional relationships. Have the ability to arrange and manage work assignments in an efficient manner. Establish and maintain working relationships. Represent the agency to the public in a positive manner. Work with children and possibly some adults
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Provide Christian counseling, when requested by clients. Support and uphold the mission of LCFS in the clinical setting. Ability to work with all staff in a professional manner. Ability to represent LCFS in a professional, Christian manner. Willingness to support and uphold the mission of LCFS in the clinical setting. Willingness to integrate Christian faith values and principles into counseling practice .
