With a focus on excellence and accessibility, UpBeat CPR Services works to equip attendees with the tools they need to respond effectively in emergency situations, fostering a safer and more prepared community. Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a CPR Instructor based in Anchorage, AK. The CPR Instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective CPR training sessions that meet approved guidelines and certification standards. Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining training materials, assessing participants' performance, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring a positive learning environment. The instructor will also maintain accurate records of training sessions and certifications. Qualifications Basic knowledge of CPR techniques, first aid, and emergency response protocols Strong teaching, communication, and public speaking skills Experience in delivering training or educational sessions to diverse groups Ability to assess and provide constructive feedback to trainees during sessions Organizational and time-management skills to prepare and maintain session materials Current CPR certification from a recognized certifying authority-Ideal but not required Certification as a CPR Instructor or willingness to obtain instructor certification Ability to work on-site in Anchorage, AK, with flexibility to adapt to different training schedules
