Job Description

As an Activities Assistant at Saguaro Ranch Luxury Assisted Living, you'll be at the center of our community — planning and leading activities that spark joy, connection, and purpose for our residents. We are looking for someone who can work: Tuesday 9-12. Thursday 9-12. Friday 9-11. You'll be able to: Plan, organize, and lead engaging and exciting activities for residents. Build genuine relationships with residents, learning their interests, and what brings them joy. Adapt activities to meet the varying cognitive and physical needs of our lovely residents. Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every resident feels seen and celebrated. We are looking
For Someone:
Vibrant, positive, outgoing, organized and able to plan ahead while staying flexible. It would be helpful if your background looked like: Teacher or educator (classroom, substitute, special education). Homeschool parent with curriculum planning and activity facilitation experience. Recreation coordinator, camp counselor, or youth program leader. Volunteer or community event organizer. Healthcare aide, CNA, or caregiver who loves the social side of care Arts, music, or fitness instructor. Please reply with your resume to this ad.
