We are seeking a grounded, wellness-experienced professional to join our small team as a Client Wellness Lead . This role is not simply front desk support. It is a steady, caring presence for our clients — helping them feel safe, informed, and supported throughout their wellness journey. Our clients use technologies like neurofeedback, infrared, lymphatic drainage, and the BioCharger to support their nervous system, and you'll become fluent in all of it. We are looking for someone who genuinely believes in what we do and wants to be part of a calm, mission-driven environment long-term. What you'll do Welcome clients with warmth, steadiness, and professionalism Guide each client through their visit from arrival to departure Manage bookings and client communications (text, phone, email) Learn our technologies and confidently explain their benefits in clear, non-medical language Ask thoughtful questions about client goals and help match them with appropriate services As you grow with us, take on increasing responsibility for team coordination, client follow-up and retention, and day-to-day spa operations Maintain a pristine, calming space: Reset stations Sanitize and disinfect between clients Restock supplies Light cleaning (laundry, sweeping, vacuuming) Maintain restrooms and refreshment areas This is an active role that requires both emotional presence and physical task work. able to hold space for sensitive clients (trauma-informed is a plus) Passionate about health and wellness (for all brains and all bodies) Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a wellness, spa, health, or client-facing care environment Strong alignment with nervous system regulation, holistic wellness, or technology-based health services Clear, professional written and verbal communication Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable with technology (scheduling software, messaging systems, POS) Ability to stand for a 6-hour shift and lift up to 25 lbs Schedule Requirements Thursday evenings and Sundays required Every Other Saturday 12-hour minimum and up to 30 hours per week (after training) Commitment This role requires a 1-year commitment . Because we invest deeply in training and client relationships, we are seeking someone who intends to be a consistent presence in our community over time. We are building toward promoting from within. The right person will have a genuine path to a lead role as our team and hours grow.
