Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Health Educator - II to promote health and wellness within diverse communities. The ideal candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate health education programs for members and the community. Provide group and one‑on‑one education, develop materials, and support department projects. Duties Plan and deliver health education programs Provide individual and group education Develop culturally appropriate materials Coordinate referrals, scheduling, and community resources Support events, newsletters, and health information projects Consult with physicians and staff Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation Requirements 1+ year experience in health education Master's degree in related field or IBCLC certification Bilingual English/Spanish Experience delivering education to individuals, small groups, and large groups Experience with curriculum development Knowledge of behavior change, adult learning, and group facilitation Strong communication and PC skills Ability to work in a Labor‑Management Partnership environment Preferred 2+ years teaching/program planning
