Sage Health, a boutique wellness center in Encinitas, is looking for a warm, dependable, and wellness-oriented Wellness Experience Coordinator to join our team on weekends. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a beautiful healing environment and has an interest in holistic health, fitness, yoga, aesthetics, massage, recovery therapies, or integrative wellness. Our space blends chiropractic, massage therapy, yoga, recovery therapies, infrared sauna, red light therapy, lymphatic drainage therapy, and holistic wellness into a calm, elevated experience for our community.

Schedule:

Saturdays:

2:00 PM - 6:30

PM Sundays:

8:15 AM - 5:00

PM Compensation:

$19/hour $10 commission for every membership sold 10% commission on retail sales

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting patients and creating a welcoming client experience Checking patients in and out for appointments Answering phones and assisting with scheduling Assisting clients with wellness therapies including: Infrared sauna Full-body red light therapy Flowpresso lymphatic drainage suit Class IV laser therapy Light cleaning and helping maintain a beautiful, organized environment Light marketing and helping promote services, specials, and yoga classes Educating clients on memberships, wellness offerings, and recovery services Supporting smooth daily operations and assisting the team where needed This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, multitasking, and helping create an exceptional wellness experience for clients.

Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable multitasking and working independently Interested in wellness, fitness, yoga, holistic health, aesthetics, or recovery therapies Tech-comfortable and able to learn scheduling systems Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Passionate about creating a calm, elevated environment for clients

Bonus If You Have:

Experience in wellness, spa, chiropractic, acupuncture, fitness, yoga, massage, esthetics, or medical offices Social media or marketing experience Interest in long-term growth within a wellness practice
