Review and explain treatment plans prescribed by providers, ensuring patients understand their recommendations and next steps. Answer patient questions regarding treatment protocols, supplements, nutrition, and wellness goals within the scope of the role. Perform assessments and ensure accurate, timely, and professional reporting of results. Provide nutritional consultations based on treatment programs and recommendations established by the patient's provider. Educate and empower patients to make informed lifestyle and nutrition choices that support their health objectives. Document patient interactions, assessment findings, and relevant updates accurately in the medical record system. Collaborate closely with providers, scheduling teams, and leadership to coordinate care and deliver a seamless patient experience. Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and integrity in all patient and team interactions. Support patient engagement, follow-up, and accountability to promote adherence to treatment plans and positive outcomes. Stay informed on clinic protocols, wellness programs, and best practices to ensure exceptional patient care. Who You Are:
You're passionate about integrative or holistic medicine. You're detail-oriented, organized, and love creating meaningful patient experiences. You bring warmth, intelligence, and calm to every interaction. You're excited to learn, grow, and become part of a mission that changes lives. Key Qualifications:
Certification in nutrition, health coaching, or a related wellness discipline preferred. Familiarity with OligoScan or similar non-invasive diagnostic technology preferred. Must be able to type at least 45+ WPM Must speak English. Must have excellent interactive communication skills, making patients feel comfortable and at-ease. Experience in a medical, wellness, or integrative care setting preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication and patient care skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. Organizational awareness with ability to maintain productivity and accuracy under time constraints. Commitment to confidentiality, patient respect, and the clinic's values of compassion and integrity. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality. Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs). Extended periods of sitting for data entry and patient communication. Manual dexterity required to handle scanning equipment and computer input. Job Type:
