Job Overview Join the Select Rehabilitation Family Today! The Wellness Coordinator will develop and lead group exercise classes in coordination with the facility wellness department. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and lead wellness exercise classes for residents and employees Collaborate with the community and incorporate feedback into program offerings Develop, market, and promote wellness initiatives that encourage participation Maintain accurate client and center records using computer technology Perform other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications Associate's degree in health promotion, wellness, or a related field OR A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a health, wellness, fitness, or community-based setting Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Comfortable using basic computer systems and technology
